The Natural Woman is a six-day retreat from the stress of city, family and work and the opportunity to be served healthy food, enjoy educational lectures and be pampered by the beauty and health treatments of your choice. You will be served three delicious meals every day, engage in gentle or vigorous workouts depending on your needs, learn to prepare tasty dishes at our hands-on cooking classes and gain important information about being a healthy woman.

Introduction to the latest non-toxic aesthetic beauty treatments (non-invasive) will also be on the menu whilst relaxing in the natural beauty and comfort of Penninghame House.
